101 Ways to a Happier, More Vibrant, and Energized You

We all could use an energy boost or pick-me-up — we just forget how. Simply put, we get so caught up doing what is required of us day-to-day that we forget to take five minutes to breathe (which makes all the difference in our mood and energy levels). Ultimately, happiness is what we are seeking for a more fulfilled life, and we shouldn’t forget how to achieve that. So we at Betterfly put our minds together to come up with a list of 101 activities that make us feel all sorts of happy feelings.
We definitely suggest adopting some of the activities. Certainly not all at once (that could have the opposite effect). And don’t forget to share which activities make you feel crazy-alive or perfectly at peace in the comments below. Now, onward!
